Terms of Service

An Institution's account is a tenant on the Platform. The Institution is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters, for who it grants Institution-side access to (staff roles, branch scope), and for informing its guardians and students that the Platform is used to manage their records. Individual Users (staff, guardians, students) are bound by these terms for their own use of the Platform, but the Institution remains the account holder.

You (and any User acting under your account) agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access another Institution's data, or another User's account.
• Use the Platform to store or transmit anything unlawful, or to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of another person.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the Platform's access controls or rate limits.
• Share login credentials, or use the driver-role GPS-reporting feature for anything other than reporting your own assigned vehicle's location while on an active shift.

Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup or in a separate order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at signup. We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.

The Institution owns the data it enters into the Platform. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, the Institution may request an export of its data within a reasonable period before it is deleted from our systems.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Support is provided through the channels agreed with your Institution or via the Contact page.

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Either party may terminate as agreed at signup or with reasonable notice where no term is specified. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material breach of these terms, including a security or acceptable-use violation.

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever these terms change materially, and make a reasonable effort to notify Institutions of any change that meaningfully affects their use of the Platform.
